Emory Rolfson's review of Axis TMS
Last December, during a freak snow squall on I-5, one of our trucks slid onto the shoulder and I got an immediate geo-fence alert and live-location ping from Axis. The feature that really stood out was the live-tracking playback with timestamped events - I watched the speed drop, the off-route movement, and the exact stop time, then messaged the driver straight from that view. I’ve managed this fleet for 16 years and run 85 trucks across the Pacific Northwest, and nothing else gave me that level of incident detail without digging through hours of logs. Because of that single alert we routed a recovery unit before nightfall, saved the load with minimal delay, and avoided what would have been a two-day headache. UI has small quirks, but for real-time incident visibility Axis is the system I trust to notify me first when things go sideways.
