Jennie Crona's review of PCS Dispatch Manager
I've used PCS Dispatch Manager for about eight months. The price hit the books hard up front - $1,200 setup and roughly $750 a month - so I was skeptical whether it'd actually pay for itself for a 40-truck outfit. What made me happy was the drag-and-drop load board: it cut assignment time in half and knocked down the scatter of texts and callbacks that used to eat up an hour each morning, which translated into fewer empty miles and a quicker payback. By month three the subscription had basically paid for itself in labor and fuel savings, and dispatchers are noticeably less frazzled. Not cheap, but for us the numbers added up and I feel like we got our money’s worth.
