The visual drag-and-drop board is what sold me - I had drivers and lanes mapped out in an afternoon and actually enjoyed tweaking routes instead of fighting menus. Took a bit longer to sync my ELD and a third-party load board, which is why it's not perfect, but mostly smooth and exactly what I needed out here in the PNW.
...paid for itself in the first month - that drag-and-drop board shaves off so much dispatch time I actually got real evenings back. I run three trucks and nine years on the road makes me stingy with software, but this was worth it; fewer calls and fast reassignments cut wasted miles and headaches. Solid price for the time it returns.
Driving regional routes in the Northeast, I hit a nightmare afternoon when a late pickup put me two hours behind and my next load got double-booked. Normally that's a phone-call mess, but I opened PCS Dispatch Manager, dragged the load to another driver and watched ETAs and confirmations update automatically in seconds. Saved me a ton of calls and a wasted day - that one drag-and-drop move turned a breakdown into just another weird afternoon.
