Morton O'Reilly's review of PCS Dispatch Manager
I've used PCS Dispatch Manager for three years. What kept me paying the subscription is the drag-and-drop board - when a driver calls out or a route needs changing, I can reassign a load in seconds and all the ETAs refresh without me babysitting. It doesn't freeze during peak hours like some other systems we've tried; even with spotty cellular out here in the Northeast the automation requeues loads and sends the text alerts reliably. One thing that made me happy: the auto-reassign rule triggered exactly when it should have last winter during a snowstorm, saving a day of chaos. Not perfect - a few workflow quirks annoy me - but for day-to-day reliability it has been solid for our 20-truck fleet.
