Moshe Frami's review of PCS Dispatch Manager
After 25 years in freight and overseeing a 120-truck Midwest fleet, I signed up for PCS Dispatch Manager to see if AI could cut our morning scramble. Setup wasn't a five-minute click-through - it took a week of dedicated hours to map our dispatch codes and driver rules, and the import tool balked at our legacy CSVs. Once the data landed, the drag-and-drop lane editor felt intuitive and actually sped up assigning loads. The AI recommendations, however, were hit-or-miss at first; too many false positives until we fed it several weeks of real runs, meaning we couldn't rely on it immediately. Promising after the grind, but if you need something that gets you productive on day one, expect disappointment.
