Bottom line: the drag-and-drop load board is what sold me - it makes last-minute reassignments almost fun. I manage five trucks in the Pacific Northwest and being able to yank a load, drop it on a new driver and have ETAs and paperwork update instantly has cut my scramble time way down. My only gripe is the mobile touch-drag can be twitchy on weak mountain cell, otherwise it’s the tool I reach for when things go sideways.
