Mae Kris's review of PCS Dispatch Manager
Last month, during a midday bridge closure that shut two lanes on I-95, I had to reassign five loads in ten minutes. Before PCS Dispatch Manager we would have been on the horn and thumbing through a dozen spreadsheets - pure chaos - but with PCS’s visual drag-and-drop board I moved loads, assigned new drivers, and the system auto-sent updates without me lifting the phone. I’ve been running a 150-truck fleet for 28 years in the Northeast, so that one feature - instant load reassignment and automatic driver notifications - was the single thing that made me genuinely happy. Only downside so far is the mobile app stalls on weak cellular and one integration with our payroll system needed support to finish. Still, it cut the usual panic and phone tag in half during that I-95 mess, so I’m giving it four stars.
