OptimoRoute's real-time route updates and driver assignment make dispatching much easier, I can reroute trucks fast and drivers get clear turn-by-turn instructions. The schedulng interface helps cut a lot of back-and-forth with drivrs, though the mobile app can be a bit clunky at times.

Shipsy helps keep drivers and carriers on the same page with live proof of delivery and clear exception alerts. The single dashboard made it easy to see route status and reduced phone calls, which saved time on papwerwork. The mobile app can be slow at times, but it still does what we need. Drivers find the UI pretty intutive and easy to teach.
