I run dispatch for five trucks and have used FarEye for a year. The real-time tracking and automated dispatching work great, letting me see where drivers are and assign loads without constant phone calls. Proof-of-delivery has cut down on paperwork and sped up billing. Dynamic ETA updates stopped a lot of customer calls and helped keep drivers on time.
