I've run a 12-truck fleet for 16 years and signed up with AFT Dispatch six months ago. Their load sourcing has been solid on my regional van lanes and they cut a lot of our deadhead and phone time. They struggle with rate negotiation and billing. They sometimes accept low-paying loads to close a run and invoices arrive late. They have removed a lot of admin work, but I am still deciding if the fees and inconsistent follow-up justify a longer commitment.
