I run two trucks and Prime Dispatch gets solid loads and brokers answer quickly, which keeps us moving and cuts deadhead. Their rate negotiations are inconsistent and dispatch follow-ups can be slow, so I still fight for better pay on key loads.

I run two trucks and have seven years experience. AFT Dispatch finds loads fast and takes most of the admin off my plate, but their broker negotiation is inconsistent and they sometimes accept low paying loads without checking with me, which cuts into my margins.
