I've run two trucks for nine years and tried iDispatch for a month, but their load tracking feature kept sending wrong pickup times. That error cost me a $450 detention fee and three hours of waiting and calls to brokers to rebook the load. Their dispatchers were slow to reply and gave conflicting info, which added frustration and lost revenue.

Prime Dispatch Services has been solid for my two-truck setup, their broker negotiation and load sourcing got me better-paying loads and cut deadhead miles. The team handles follow-ups and paperwork so I spend more time driving and less on the phone. Sometimes response times lag on weekends, which is the main reason I'm giving four stars.
